
Rick Yandle is a tax attorney and CPA with more than twenty years of experience representing individuals and businesses in federal tax disputes. His practice focuses on IRS controversy matters, including audits, appeals, IRS criminal tax (CI) matters, and federal tax litigation.
Rick now provides tax controversy, tax litigation, and IRS criminal investigation defense services to firms and individuals nationwide. Rick is authorized to practice before the IRS, and is admitted to the United States Tax Court and U.S Court of Federal Claims. Rick is also admitted to the State Bars of California and North Carolina, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of California, Western District of North Carolina, and Middle District of North Carolina. His practice focuses exclusively on federal tax matters.
Rick has served on the Board of Directors of the British American Business Council of North Carolina, and is a member of BAGOL (British American Group of Lawyers).
